Jared Webb, 31, of Columbus, Ohio, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped in a 2010 Toyota Matrix at 4:48 p.m. Nov. 10 at mile marker 118.6 of Interstate 81 southbound in Cass Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said they received a report of an erratic driver weaving within the travel lanes of the interstate and nearly crashing into other motorists and a traffic sign. Police found Webb weaving the vehicle within the right lane and traveling over the fog line multiple times before taking him into custody.
