The Summit Hill Police Department announced the recent arrests.
• Jennifer Stefanick, 29, of West Abbott Street, Lansford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop on July 4.
• Leonard Rehatchek III, 34, from the 200 block of Stock Street in Nesquehoning was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop on July 17.
• Logan Loveless, 23, from the 100 block of E. Fell Street in Summit Hill charged with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates and driving while operating privilege is suspended. This was a result of a traffic stop on Sept. 3 and it was discovered that the vehicle the defendant was operating had a fraudulent inspection sticker.
• Matthew Martin, 43, from the 2800 block of Summer Valley Road in New Ringgold was charged with simple assault and harassment as a result of a domestic violence incident which occurred at 116 N. Oak Street in Summit Hill on Oct. 23.
• Jason Wersinger, 43, from 59 W. Holland Street in Summit Hill was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct (drug related) as a result of an incident which occurred to the rear of an address on East Walter Street in Summit Hill on Oct. 30. Police said the defendant was exhibiting erratic behavior and disturbing neighbors.
• John Stefanick, 62, of the 300 block of E. Hazard Street in Summit Hill was charged with simple assault and harassment as a result of an incident which occurred on Nov. 1 on the 300 block of E. Hazard Street in Summit Hill, where the defendant pointed a rifle at another person.
