State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said they responded to a three-vehicle crash at 1:55 a.m. Oct. 29 at the intersection of Centre Pike and Pine View Lane in West Brunswick Township and ended up charging a 19-year-old woman from Orwigsburg.

Police did not provide the details of the crash but said before their arrival, the woman stole a 2020 Jeep Cherokee owned by a bystander who stopped at the scene to assist the victims. Police said she was located at a nearby residence and taken into custody.
