State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks arrested Brad Galvis, 20, of Orwigsburg, twice on charges of terroristic threats after they were called in October to separate locations in West Brunswick Township.

Police said in both cases, the victim is a 58-year-old Orwigsburg woman.

Police said the first arrest was made after they were called at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 9 to a property on Red Dale Road.

The second charge came when police were called at 8:13 p.m. Oct. 25 to a property on New Philadelphia Road.
