Man charged with multiple counts of child pornography

A Brodheadsville man has been charged with 18 counts of child pornography.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Gabriel Fabian of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the case against Italo Bizzarro:

The Delaware County internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received information about suspicious activity from Google Inc. which reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on Oct. 12, 2022, that someone was using their internet services to host images of child exploitation material.

Google provided 18 child pornography files that the suspect, Bizzarro, 45, is accused of uploading to his Google Drive account. The report was forwarded to and reviewed by Fabian.

The videos and images are clear depictions of child pornography.

Fabian queried the IP addresses included in the Cybertip and confirmed that they are registered to PenTeleData and T-Mobile.

Fabian conducted open-source research, and found the email to be associated with Discord, Spotify, and Skype accounts, and located Bizzaro.

Facebook and Instagram accounts were also located.

Fabian executed a search on Fabian’s Google account, and on Sept. 27 a search warrant was executed at the home where Bizzarro was on scene.

A tablet was located in the residence which was still logged in. The file names were visible, one a child pornography video that was included in the Cybertip. An external hard drive with an image of a child was found.

A preliminary review of this data revealed an additional 10 images of child pornography, and there were 13 child pornography images and videos.

In addition to the child pornography charges, Bizzarro also faces one count of criminal use of communication device.

Bizzarro is in the Monroe County Prison in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, and scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Nov. 30 before District Judge Colleen Mancuso of Brodheadsville.
