A Lansford man faces drug charges after state narcotics agents executed a search warrant on his home Tuesday.
Jesse Lincovich, 42, of West Patterson Street, was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, as well as one count each of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
He was jailed in the Carbon County prison in Nesquehoning in lieu of $20,000 bail following arraignment Wednesday morning.
Agents from state Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation executed a search warrant on Lincovich’s home Tuesday, according to arrest papers.
They found suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, packaging material, cash, an iPhone and U.S. currency with an unknown white substance, arrest papers said.
The suspected drugs were field tested and showed positive results for methamphetamine and fentanyl, court papers said.
Lincovich, who was taken into custody by agents, admitted to possessing the drugs and paraphernalia, as well as selling crystal methamphetamine and fentanyl, court papers said.
