September 25, 1976 - Ron Breiner finishes with four touchdown passes to help Slatington roll to a 49-6 Centennial League victory over Northwestern. Breiner tosses an 8-yard scoring strike to Bob Pierce in the opening quarter before extending the Bulldog lead with a 10-yard throw to Jon Andrews and a 26-yard hook-up with Ron Zellner in the second frame. Breiner’s final TD toss is a 5-yarder to Andrews in the final period. Pierce adds a pair of 5-yard scoring runs for the winners, coached by Dick Snell. Slatington’s defense forces seven turnovers, including two interceptions by Kevin Miller.
