BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - Police have a man in custody and planned to charge him in the death of his roommate at their eastern Pennsylvania residence.
Bethlehem police Chief Mark DiLuzio says a man called 911 about 12:20 p.m. Sunday about an altercation. When police responded to the home, they found another man dead inside.
Police were not immediately identifying either man, but say the Northhampton County coroner ruled the victim's death a homicide. The name of the victim wasn't being released pending notification of his family.
The roommate remained in custody and was being questioned Sunday evening. Police say they expected to charge him in the killing.
Bethlehem is about 70 miles north of Philadelphia.
