Bowmanstown Borough Council took the following action on Tuesday:

• Hired Devon White as a full-time at a starting salary of $13.50 an hour, to be eligible for a 50-cent raise per hour after 90 days. He will begin his employment on Monday.

• Announced that Benesch Engineering will prepare and submit the annual MS-4 report to the state Department of Environmental Protection before the Sept. 30 due date.

• Agreed to start the lien process on 649 Lime St., for time and material to maintain the property, mowing grass.

• Granted conditional approval to the minor subdivision/lot line adjustment for 262 Forge St.

• Granted authorization to perform the curb stake out at 600 Lime St.

• Announced that trick-or-treat will be held in the borough from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28.
