State police at the Fern Ridge barracks charged Willie Mims, 36, of Saylorsburg, with terroristic threats.

Police were called to a domestic dispute at 12:40 a.m. Aug. 13 at a property on Winding Way in Chestnuthill Township.

The victim is a 48-year-old woman from Saylorsburg who told police they had an argument and Mims pointed a handgun at her. Police said he fled the scene prior to their arrival.
