Kutztown University inducted 26 students into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society on Feb. 26.

Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest, largest and most selective collegiate honor society that inducts students from every academic discipline.

Established in 1897, distinguished junior and senior level students join a century-old community of scholars and professionals that includes individuals who have distinguished themselves in positions of leadership and whose careers have been characterized by achievement.

Among the inductees were the following local students: Rachel Keich, Tamaqua; Brooke Marton, Tamaqua; and Zachary Wargula of West Penn Township.
