A 52-year-old Orwigsburg man was cited for harassment by physical contact by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks after they were summoned to a domestic incident at 2:11 p.m. Aug. 25 at a property on Hickory Court in West Brunswick Township.

The victim is a 68-year-old woman from Schnecksville.
