State police at Lehighton were summoned to a property on Rolling View Drive in Polk Township at 1:17 a.m. Aug. 18 for a trespassing report.

Police said a man and woman in their 60s reported seeing a man standing in their driveway near their vehicle. Police said the vehicle was not damaged, nor was anything determined to be stolen from it.
