Daniel Lopez, 27, of Mahanoy City, was charged by state police at Frackville with violating a Protection From Abuse court order after they were called at 1 p.m. Aug. 10 to a property on Mount Olive Boulevard in West Mahanoy Township.

Police said a 23-year-old Shenandoah woman is protected by the court order.

Police said an arrest warrant has been issued against Lopez.
