The 2013 Jim Thorpe Boys Cross Country Team capped off a four-year period with 42 combined wins and just three losses.

The team was compromised of Christian Fields, Zachary Nace, Jonathan Condly, Jacob Saxon, Jake McGeehan, Jian Gentile, Dillan Johnson, Nathaniel Fields and Ben Saxon, along with coaches Marie Rosahac and Drew Benyo.

In 2013, the team became the first in the school’s history to win a Schuylkill League Division 1 title. The team finished in first place in the Schuylkill League Meet, second in the District 11 Meet and 12th in the PIAA State Meet. The team finished the regular season with an 11-0 record.

The Jim Thorpe Hall of Fame Class of 2023 banquet will be held on Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Jim Thorpe High School, and is open to the public. Tickets are now on sale.
