Gerome McCullough, 47, of Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, was charged by Summit Hill Police Officer Brian P. Horos with rape, aggravated indecent assault, and defiant trespass on Oct. 29, 2021.

The rape, aggravated indecent assault charges and indecent assault charges were dismissed in plea negotiations.

President Judge Roger N. Nanovic fined McCullough $25 on the defiant trespass charge, to which he admitted.

The judge also ordered him to pay a $100 LiveScan fee.

Christianna N. Hahn, 32, of Bethlehem, was charged by Mahoning Township Police Officer Cory L. Frey with retail theft on Feb. 28, 2020.

Judge Nanovic ordered her to pay court costs, a $100 LiveScan fee, and a monthly $50 supervision fee.

He placed her on one year of probation and ordered her to obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and stay away from Walmart.

In a separate case, Frey charged Hahn with retail theft and defiant trespass on May 17, 2020.

She admitted to the trespass charge, and the theft charge was dropped.

Judge Nanovic sentenced her to an additional year on probation; ordered her to pay $4 in restitution to Walmart, and to pay a $100 LiveScan fee, and a monthly $50 supervision fee.

Christopher Felker, 48, of Summit Hill, was charged by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General with two counts of being an employee of a corrupt organization and conspiracy to manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance; and criminal use of a communications facility, all felonies, on Jan. 1, 2019.

On the conspiracy charge, Judge Nanovic sentenced him to 11 1/2 months to two years less one day in the Carbon County Correctional Facility; to pay a $100 LiveScan fee and a monthly $50 supervision fee; and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

On a manufacturing/delivery charge, he sentenced Felker to three years on probation, to be served concurrently with the conspiracy sentence.

Jeffrey E. Fisher, 63, of Palmerton, was charged by Lehighton State Trooper Matthew J. Lento with driving while his license was suspended or revoked; driving under the influence of a controlled substance, impaired ability, first offense; careless driving; disregarding traffic lanes; and driving an unregistered vehicle on Feb. 15, 2022.

He pleaded guilty to the DUI charge, and Judge Nanovic fined him $1,000; sentenced him to serve 72 hours to six months in jail; to pay a $100 LiveScan fee and a monthly $50 supervision fee; surrender his license for 12 months; and to complete Alcohol Highway Safety School.

Tammy Heiserman, 47, of Lehighton, was charged by Palmerton Police Officer Kevin K. Buck with theft by deception and theft of services on Aug. 31, 2020.

She admitted to theft of services, and Judge Nanovic sentenced her to serve 22 days to one year in jail, with 22 days credit for time she’d already served.

He also ordered her to pay a $100 LiveScan fee and a monthly $50 supervision fee and to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Justin Ramel Vereen, 29, of Allentown, was charged by Lansford Police Officer Shawn M. Nunemacher with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 20, 2020.

Judge Nanovic accepted his guilty plea to the paraphernalia charge, and sentenced Vereen to 87 days to 12 months in jail, with credit for the 87 days he’d already served; ordered him to pay court costs, a $100 LiveScan fee and a monthly $50 supervision fee, and to undergo intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment.

James William Farrell, 50, of Palmerton, was charged by Mahoning Township Police Officer Jeffrey D. Frace with retail theft on Jan. 29, 2023.

Judge Nanovic sentenced him to pay court costs and $58.54 in restoration to Walmart; to pay a $75 LiveScan fee and a monthly $50 supervision fee; to serve 36 months on probation; obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation; and to stay away from Walmart.

Brian Kehl, 40, of Bellefonte, Centre County, was charged by Summit Hill Police Officer Daniel M. Long with manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance; driving under the influence of a controlled substance or metabolite, second offense; possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving while his license was suspended or revoked on Oct. 17, 2019.

Judge Nanovic accepted his guilty plea to the DUI charge, and fined Kehl $1,500; ordered him to pay court costs and a $75 LiveScan fee; serve one to five years in state prison, with 231 days credit for time he’d already served and concurrently with a state prison sentence he’s already serving; surrender his license for 18 months; enroll in long-term inpatient rehab; and submit a DNA sample and pay the $250 fee.

Nanovic imposed the same sentence for the charge of possession of a controlled substance.
