A new 9,100-square-foot Dollar General Store opened recently at the intersection of North First and Ochre streets in Lehighton. The store was formerly located at 101 N. First St., Lehighton. A variety of items for the home are carried, including groceries, clothing, food items and paper products, party supplies, and cleaning and laundry supplies. There is plenty of off-street parking. Store officials say a grand opening will be held in the near future.
