A Carbon County man was placed on probation for a year on Monday after previously pleading guilty to a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Rafael Antonio Falcon, 33, of Nesquehoning, was sentenced by Judge Joseph J. Matika. Matika also ordered Falcon to supply a DNA sample, pay court costs, which average close to $1,000, and pay a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation.He was arrested on June 25 by agents of the state Attorney General's office after making a sale to a confidential informant along Railroad St., in Nesquehoning.
