Tamaqua Borough workers braved the bone chilling temperatureson Thursday, clearing packed snow and ice from storm drains, as weather forecasters predict warmer temperatures and rain for the weekend. Borough Street Department foreman Matt Mateyak says the work is being done to minimize the risk of street flooding.
