The Tamaqua Historical Society will sponsor a free program about the Lenape Indians, presented by Gretchen Hardy. Hardy is an author who has been conducting research into the Lenape tribe that once inhabited Schuylkill and Berks Counties.

The program will be held today, at 7 p.m., at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center, 125 Pine St., Tamaqua.The public is welcome to attend.
