Bucknell University presented degrees to nearly 900 graduates at commencement on May 19.

The following local students received degrees:

• Michael Matirko of Weatherly earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering in computer science and engineering.

• Carl Silverstein of Palmerton earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy.
