Linda Murphy of Primitive Methodist Church is outside of Boyer's Friday to collect donations for The Tamaqua Area Faith Fellowship Network's "Hunger Weekend." Murphy will be collecting donations there again today. The affiliate of the Tamaqua Area Community Partnership looks to help provide food for families living in the boundaries of the Tamaqua Area School District that are in need of a helping hand. The date for the weekend is May 17 and 18 with a rain date of May 24 and 25. Hunger Weekend culminates on May 18 with the Tamaqua Hunger Walk.
