The Carbon County Environmental Education Center will hold its fall mushroom identification class on Mondays, Sept. 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 6-8 p.m.

Participants may attend one or all sessions and are asked to bring any mushrooms they would like to have identified. Local expert Joe Lankalis will comment on each specimen.Mushrooms collected before the class should be refrigerated in a brown paper bag.For more information, call (570) 645-8597.
