An 18-year-old student at a Carbon County school has been charged with making threats to shoot another student.

Jim Thorpe police said Collin Richard Green, of 85 Broad Mountain View Drive, Jim Thorpe, has been charged with terroristic threats and two counts of harassment.Police said Green threatened to shoot another student at the Carbon County Technical Institute, at 150 W. 13th St., on Oct. 31, 2014.Police did not provide any other information in a press release issued today.
