The skies over Jim Thorpe were the backdrop of the annual fireworks display on Saturday night, held annually as part of Jim Thorpe's Stay-At-Home Festival at Memorial Park. Hundreds of area residents and visitors gathered behind Jim Thorpe Area High School to watch the 30-minute show, which wrapped up the event. The fireworks display is sponsored annually by the Mauch Chunk Trust Company.
