The Interagency Council of Carbon County and Lehigh Carbon Community College are hosting Lisa Covitch, author of "The Epidemic of Teen Pregnancy: An American Tragedy," on July 19, at the LCCC Nesquehoning campus. The program, which runs from 1 to 4 p.m., is geared toward families of teenagers, teen moms and agency and school professionals.
