While the scene here is of Jim Thorpe National Bank (JTNB) employees on Broadway in Jim Thorpe serving free hot dogs and iced tea to passersby as part of their Community Banking Month Celebration with the musical accompaniment of the Olympian Jazz Band, the same Community Hot Dog Roast was also held at all of the other JTNB branches.
