Forty degree weather didn't stop parishioners of the Tamaqua Salvation Army Corps from singing during the Corps son-rise service.
Members of the Tamaqua Salvation Army Corps held their annual "son"rise service at 6 a.m. Easter morning at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Tamaqua. This has been a tradition for the Corps for over 40 years. Major Sharon Whispell stands outside with members of the Corps' congregation during the service.
