PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a man who broke into a Philadelphia mini-market spent about an hour using a power tool to try to steal from an ATM.

Police are now asking for the public's help in identifying the man in the Nov. 15 incident. A video released on Thursday shows the man clad in a dark-colored, hooded sweatshirt with gray pants and black shoes.The man apparently got into the store through an air vent and tried several times unsuccessfully to break into the ATM. Police say he still made off with $7,000 in cash and cigarettes from the register area.
