Tuesday: A chance of rain and snow between noon and 1pm, then a chance of rain after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 40. East wind 7 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
