The Palmerton Water Company continues to experience water loss due to an ongoing leak.

Borough Manager Rodger Danielson said the leak has been going on for "probably a month now.""We have been for some time," Danielson said. "We're very concerned because we haven't been able to find it."Danielson said the matter has become of concern."We're not producing enough water to make up the loss," he said. "We're seeing a gradual decrease in our storage tanks."Danielson said crews continue to look for the leak."We find some small ones and we repaired them," he said. "But they aren't the problem."Danielson said any resident who sees water where they normally would not should contact the borough office.
