Members of the Schuylkill Haven Army Reserve prepared hot meals for a PPL crew working on a downed line in West Penn. The PPL crew, who have been working non-stop since the first day of the power outage, expressed their appreciation to the soldiers and Tamaqua Salvation Army volunteers.
