Crews are on scene Monday afternoon in Lehighton after a 2-year-old boy was struck by a car. The incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. as a woman was driving north on North West Alley just north of Coal Street. The child was treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics, then transported to the Lehigh Valley Hospital Trauma Center in Allentown. Lehighton Police are investigating the incident.
