Two Nesquehoning brothers and businessmen were honored by the Panther Valley Chamber of Commerce for their civic contributions and were presented the annual Civic Achievement Awards by the Chamber. John J. and Joseph Kovatch, both car dealers, were presented the awards during a program held at Mahoning Valley Country Club. Their mother was among the more than 200 persons present at the program. The awards were presented by Chamber President Sandra Delpero.
