Two speakers at Lehigh Gap Nature Center

Scott Weidensaul will be the Sept. 29 speaker at the Migration Fest at Lehigh Gap Nature Center. He will talk about "Living on the Wind, The Migration of Birds" at 7:30 p.m.

Widensaul has written two dozen books on natural history including "Living on the Wind, Across the Hemisphere with Migratory Birds," a Pulitzer Prize finalist.This program requires registration and there is a fee.On Sept. 30, 3 p.m., Rex Lord will speak about "Following Vampire Bats and Capybaras. Lord is retired from 40 years of service with the US Public Health Service and Pan American Healh Organizaiton. His time was spent as a zoologist in 19 South American countries. There is no registration required for this program.
