A daughter, Madison Caroline Sommers, was born at 11:45 a.m. on July 16, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital to Kristin M. and David L. Sommers of Summit Hill.

She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 20.5 inches.She was welcomed home by her older brother, Ryan, who is 3 years old.Maternal grandparents are David and Patricia Midas of Lansford.Paternal grandparents are Louis and Barbara Sommers of Summit Hill.
