A Lehigh Township woman is dead after her car rolled over Sunday morning in the township.

Lehigh Township Police responded to the one-vehicle crash on S. Cottonwood Road, between Dettmers Lane and Creek Road at 10:30 a.m.Police said a 2004 Toyota Highlander, driven by Laura Cawthray, of S. Cottonwood Road, was traveling southbound and left the roadway in the 500 block of S. Cottonwood Road.Cawthray was ejected as the vehicle rolled over, police said. It did not appear as if she was wearing her seat belt, police said.Cawthray was pronounced deceased at the scene by Kelly Gillis of the Northampton County Coroner's Office.Lehigh Township Fire Department & Northampton Regional EMS responded to assist with the crash scene.
