HARRISBURG (AP) - Despite Kathleen Kane's resignation as Pennsylvania's attorney general after her conviction on perjury charges this week, a state House panel is still considering impeachment.
The chairman of a key state House panel says he will continue to push for impeachment to set the stage for Senate action that could bar Kane from elected office in the future.Republican State Rep. Todd Stephens says her conviction underscored the need for legislative action.
