A tractor trailer, attempting to make a turn onto Susquehanna Avenue from Broadway in Jim Thorpe this morning, got too close for comfort to a car that was traveling in the same direction. The results of the 8:30 a.m. accident was substantial damage to the car. There were no reported injuries. No further details of the accident were available at presstime.
