On Thursday, March 15, the Melley Memorial Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, which represents over 500 current and former state police officers, voted to endorse Brian Rich for State Senate in the 29th District.

Thomas Maley, president of the organization, stated that the members appreciate the consideration Brian Rich has shown their group in general and are looking forward to his anticipated support of our members in particular.The lodge members voted on the endorsement after meeting with Rich and listening to his solutions for problems facing Pennsylvania and the 29th District. Rich stated, "I am honored to have the support of the state police officers, who have risked their lives protecting the citizens of Pennsylvania."
