Stephen J. Shutack, 59, a native of Nesquehoning with 24 years of service as a U.S. government attache in the Department of State, has been transferred from his post in Washington to Bonn, Germany. A brother of Attorney George Shutack, Nesquehoning, prominently known mmber of the Carbon County Bar Association, he is currently visiting with family members in Nesquehoning. He last served abroad in Johannesburg, South Africa. He was earlier stationed in the Balkans, Albania, Yugoslavia, Greece, Ireland, England, Italy, Central and South America.
