Favored by splendid weather, J. C. Bright's junio mummers' and pet parade in Lansford was a huge success, attracting a very large crowd. High school bands which participated were from Nesquehoning, Coaldale, and Lansford. The parade was arranged as part of Armistice Day celebration. The celebration will conclude on Nov. 11 with a gigantic parade in Lansford. Bright's is sponsoring a float for that parade.
