State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the theft of a metal sewer grate.

The grate was taken from the parking lot of BK Plaza, located along SR209 in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. The grate measures 27 by 48-inches. The listed owner of the grate is JDL Enterprises Inc., of Northampton.The theft occurred sometime between Oct. 7-12, troopers said.
