A theft that occurred last week in Monroe County remains under investigation.

State Police at Lehighton said that sometime between 5 p.m. Sept. 26 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 27, an unknown actor(s) removed the mail box at the end of the driveway at 306 Memorial Drive, Polk Township.The actors fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim is Giuliano Esposito, of Kresgeville. The suspect is unknown.Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact State Police at Lehighton at (610) 377-4270.
