State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating an incident whereby someone illegally dumped several bags of household waste at a site in East Union Township.

Police said the incident was discovered July 28 off Old Mill Road, west of Green Mountain Road.Police said several items inside the bags will assist them in identifying the person who left the items along the roadway.
