State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents:

• Marguerite DeAngelis, 53, of Tuscarora, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop.

They stopped her while she was driving a 2015 Dodge Caravan at 1:28 a.m. June 23 at the intersection of Route 209 and Washington Street in Port Carbon.

• James R. Cleary, 43, of Allentown, was not injured in a crash at 6:09 a.m. June 30 on Tumbling Run Road in Blythe Township.

Police said he was driving a 2006 Mercedes-Benz westbound when a deer entered the road. Police said he swerved to miss the deer and the car left the road, traveling onto the southern shoulder where it struck a tree.

The car was towed from the scene, police said.

• Jarred A. Kleckner, 36, of Orwigsburg, was cited after a crash at 5:06 p.m. June 23 on Manheim Road in North Manheim Township.

Police said neither he nor the other driver were injured in the incident.

Police did not provide the details of the incident, except to identify the other driver as Robert J. Panchari, 61, of Pottsville, who was driving a 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Kleckner was operating a 2015 GMC Acadia.
