State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said Paul Sterling, 40, of East Stroudsburg, was charged with terroristic threats after he pulled a gun on another man in a road rage incident that happened at 10:28 p.m. June 8.

Police said Sterling waved a firearm at a 23-year-old East Stroudsburg man during a road rage incident.

He was located in a 2007 Dodge and taken into custody.
