Meixsell Valley Road is closed between Blue Ridge and Flyte Roads in Ross Township.

State police are on scene, as well as special response teams, where it is reported a man is barricaded with a gun. About thirty state police vehicles are on scene with more arriving.

The road was closed shortly after 2 p.m.
