Persian Donut Sale

Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 500 Church Drive, Palmerton (Trachsville) is having a Persian donut sale. Orders are due by Feb. 10. Pickup is from 9-11 a.m. Feb. 21 at the church. To order, call 610-681-5200.

Family history

Do you know who your family is? Visit the Palmerton Area Library from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to learn how to research your family history. This is held the second Tuesday of each month.

Jerusalem UCC

On Feb. 10, Jerusalem United Church of Christ, 545 Church Drive, Trachsville, will hold services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Following the 10:30 a.m. service the Congregation will hold its Pa. Dutch Heritage Covered Dish. All congregation members are invited to bring a covered dish. After the meal will be some entertainment and card games. The snow date will be the following Sunday.

Support group

A Grief and Loss Support Group will meet at Jerusalem United Church of Christ, 545 Church Drive, Palmerton (Trachsville) at 1 p.m. Feb. 13.

This is a monthly support group which meets the second Wednesday of each month.

Directed by a professional counselor, this group is for people experiencing grief due to trauma, loss, or death. Everyone is welcome. There is no cost.

Quilt guild

The Sew What Quilt Guild will meet at 7 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Palmerton Area Library. New members and visitors are always welcome. Please use the side door. The group meets the second Thursday of each month.

Basket social

St. John Neumann Regional School, 259 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton will hold a Basket Social from noon to 5 p.m. Feb. 23 and 24 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The drawing will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Reserve your tickets by calling 484-560-2744 by Feb. 22.
