Tamaqua police charged a borough man after he destroyed the rear window of a vehicle parked on the 300 block of Rolling Mill Avenue on May 24.

Police said a witness saw a man, later identified as Cody Gloster, 27, walking near the vehicle around 4:50 p.m.

Police obtained video surveillance, which shows Gloster walking by the vehicle, then kicking out the window and smashing it with a brick.

Police charged him with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
